Nursing@USC, the online Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program from the USC Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work Department of Nursing, prepares advanced practice nurses to deliver primary care to infants, children, adolescents and adults throughout their lives.

Designed and delivered by expert USC faculty, the CCNE- and BRN-accredited program emphasizes developing a nursing practice grounded in an understanding of the biomedical and social factors that influence patient well-being.

  • Learn about everything from pharmacology to patient management in live, online classes.
  • Gain hands-on experience and confidence through clinical placements, completed at sites in or near your community.
  • Meet fellow members of the Trojan Family in person during two On-Campus Intensives (OCIs) held on USC’s campus.

Program Length

With Nursing@USC, you can balance your personal life, professional obligations and education. The program is offered on a full-time and part-time basis.

  • Full-time: five semesters, 21 months to complete
  • Part-time: eight semesters, 33 months to complete
